For a long time, I have been thinking about how fun it would be to make a real baby cake .... and now, when our neighbors got a litle boy this week, I could not resist baking one of those. I had this ide in my head for a while ...... The cake is made of ordinary chocolate bases, filled with white chocolate cream and all the outside of the sugar paste. Not exactly a taste sensation, but it was incredibly fun to put  together.
Welcome to the world little "old man" and congratulations to Helena and Daniel! A really cute little guy you've got.

1-pack with chocolate base
1 pack of vanilla base
White chocolate cream:
150 grams of white chocolate
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2.5 ml crème fraiche
0.55 cups powdered sugar
Melt the chocolate. Whisk the melted chocolate together with the whole egg and egg yolk. Add the crème fraiche and icing sugar. Let stand in refrigerator for at least a few hours before filling the cake.
Here's how: Cut 3 chocolate layers and 2 vanilla into the desired shape. Fill with white chocolate cream. Dress the cake with buttercream (150grams of butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 egg yolk) and dress with sugar paste in desired shapes and patterns.
