Baked braided pizza

Braided pizza is just a little more fun version of a regular baked pizza. The contents can vary according to your own taste, but just remember not to make it too liquid. Too much fluid has a tendency to make the baked pizza a little wet on the bottom. This recipe is enough for 4 people.

Pizza dough:
7 cups flour
2.5 cups lukewarm water
0.5 pkt yeast (25 grams)
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar
4 tablespoons oil
Pizza sauce:
ketchup
chilli sauce
basil
a little honey
garlic powder

Filling:
grated cheese
pepperoni sausage
cooked ham
Here's how: Prepare the dough by stirring the yeast in lukewarm water. Add the remaining ingredients and knead to a smooth dough. Let to rest under baking cloth until it has fermented until doubled in size. Roll out on a floured table to a rather thin, large rectangle. Imagine if you had divided the dough into three equal parts lengthwise, without doing it. Spread the sauce and the filling just lengthwise in the middle. The two other lenghts on the side of the filling, cut into small strips about 1.5 cm wide ... from filling outwards. Begin braiding by taking strips of wrap over the filling. Share braid into two, because it is too long to fit in the oven. Place on a baking paper on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 225 degrees C.
