Brownie cheesecake

I like cheesecake and I like brownies, so when I stumbled across a recipe with a combination of those two, I could not resist trying to bake these. I found them best cold, served straight from the fridge. A good piece to have with coffee.

Brownie:
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of butter
1.5 cups of sugar
1 cup flour
2 eggs
4 tbsp optional liqueur
Cheese cream:
250 grams Philadelphia cheese
0.7 cups of sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp optional liqueur
Here's how: Line a 20x24cm baking tray with baking paper. Melt chocolate and butter over water bath. Add the sugar and stir. Beat the eggs one at a time into the mixture. Pour the liqueur and add gradually the flour. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Continue to prepare the cheese cream. Beat cheese and sugar. Add the egg and mix. Stir in the liqueur. Pour the cream cheese over the brownie batter and use a knife to swirl gently into it. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 160 degrees C. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
