Bun party

Had a bun party at home this weekend. Of a large batch of dough, we made wreaths, braids, buns filled with chocolate and vanilla. This has been my husband's projects in the search of the perfect vanilla stuffed bun. We are not quite there yet, but are definitely getting  little bit chubby while trying......someone has to eat it all.........

2 kg flour
300 grams of sugar
250 grams of butter
100 grams of yeast
12 grams cardamom
2 eggs
about 1 liter of lukewarm water
Here is how: First, consider whether your kitchen machine holds so much volume at once, otherwise you halve the amount of everything and do it in two rounds (as I had to do). Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Mix in the remaining ingredients and mix well for about 15 minutes. The dough is ready when it starts to drop from the edges of the bowl. Let rise 30 minutes and knead the dough a little. Let rise 30 minutes to knead and repeat this further two times. Overall, the dough rise for 2 hours. Now it's up to you to choose the filling and design of the buns. Bake at 200 degrees C.
