Caramel figures with white chocolate

This year I have decided not to make too many different types of candy , but only stick to the onces I really like. A little fewer varieties, but the more tastier. Caramel and chocolate ... can you go wrong with that? ... Don't think so ... And silicone molds is not a must can as easily use ordinary Ice Chocolate molds. Good luck!

Recipe is for about 20 pc.
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
some hazelnuts
100 grams white chocolate
Here's how: Boil the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and syrup and simmer until the thermometer shows 120 degrees C. Stir as little as you can during cooking, or none at all. Fill the molds halfway with candy. Add a nut if desired and allow to solidify. Melt the chocolate over a water bath and pour over caramel. Refrigerate.
