Caramel popcorn cupcakes

A favorite of mine today. My best friend daughter, Andrea, visited me the other day and we baked together caramel popcorn that I had done once before in the form of sticks. Now, we chose to make the same recipe, as cupcakes. Can recomend this recipe even if it might sound a bit odd with caramel sauce for the salty popcorn.

a bowl of Popcorn
caramel:
2 cups cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1 dl sugar
2 cups brown sugar sugar
2 tsp vanilla
20 grams of butter
70 grams of fluid glucose
Here's how: Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until now reaches 120 degrees C. Stir in now and then and do not cheat with degrees even if it takes a little time. It is important to get the right consistency of the caramel.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray and pour over the popcorn. Make sure that there are NO unpopped grains..to avoid a visit to the dentist later. Pour over the hot candy and mix quickly into the popcorn. Fill out some cupcakes paper with popcornmass and let cool. Keep them at room temperature.
