Cheese croissants

Nowadays I have to make an appointment to use the oven at home, because I've got competision in the kitchen now. My husband has started baking, and he makes the best cheese croissants I know. I am happy to wait for my turn, as nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread at home.

1 kg of flour
1/2 liter of lukewarm water
60 grams of butter
50 grams of yeast
30 grams of sugar
a pinch of salt
2 eggs
