Chocolate cake with marshmallows and coconut

Today is not such a good day for me. An infection in a tooth has given me quite a headache for the past few days and a visit to the dentist ended with antibiotics for 10 days before they can do something about my misery. And what is for me to do when I have pain and feel a bit sorry for myself? .... Weeeeellllll, chocolate always helps. Not that I can eat as much of it, but it felt at least a little nice to smell it right now. My colleague Asa brought with her to work this wonderful chocolate cake that I just had to ask for the recipe ..... and tried to bake it myself. Can be warmly recommended. Have a nice Saturday evening everyone. For me it's time for bed now, even if the clock is barely 20.00.

100 grams of butter
2 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla suger
1 pinch of salt
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups flour
100 grams of mini marshmallows
coconut flakes
Here's how: Butter a form of 24cm in diameter, with butter and sprinkling it with coconut flakes. Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix all other remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour the batter into the mold. Bake in center of oven for about 25 minutes at 150 degrees C. Remove the cake and let it cool. It feels a bit wet when you remove it, but it will solidify when it cools down. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a little whipped cream.
