Christmas cake 2015

We have a new tradition in this house: to bake a real Christmas cake for Christmas Eve, apart from all the other stuff ..... and here comes this year's contribution. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas! Many hugs from me!

Base for the cheesecake:
100 grams of butter
8 digestive biscuits
20 small gingerbread
Filling:
400 g of cream cheese
0.5 cup sugar
4 eggs
200g white chocolate (melted in the microwave)
1.5 ml crème fraiche
Here's how: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Melt the butter and mix digestive biscuits and gingerbread into crumbs. Mix the butter with the crumbs. Press into a mold with removable edge that is lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and stir until smooth. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Pour the melted chocolate stirring. Pour the batter into the mold with the base. Bake at 110 ° for 50 minutes. Then cover the cake with creme fraiche and bake for another 10 minutes.
