Christmas candy

This is certainly no revolutionary new recipe of Christmas candy, but I bought some funny silicone molds in China recently that I just had to try .... and I just love thee cute little piggies...

3 cups cream
50 grams butter
1 1/2 cups syrup
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
Here´s how: Boil all ingredients in a heavy saucepan until you reach 120-125 degrees C. Pour into desired shapes and let cool. Very easy, even if it takes a little while to reach 120 degrees.
