Daim fudge

Fudge is a must have in my home for Chrismas. Dangerously good and easy to do. When I ate all the edges so I felt right bad, I had to hurry up and freeze any remaining pieces ..... Should have stopped long ago.... but difficult to resist something so good. The best thing with fudge is that the taste can vary to infinity .... Have a great day everyone!

Recipe for approximately 50 pcs.
6 cups cream
6 cups sugar
2 cups light syrup
100 grams of butter
400 grams of milk chocolate Daim
daim chocolats or sprinkles
Here's how: Line a mold of about 30x40 cm with parchment paper. Measure the cream, syrup and sugar in a heavy saucepan and bring to boil to 120 degrees C. Remove from the plate, break and then flip down the chocolate and butter into the hot mixture. Stir until batter is even and smooth. Have the fudge mixture into the tin and sprincle with daim chocolates or sprinkles. Set to cool for a few hours before cutting with a knife into pieces.
