Double treat

I make pizza for lunch yesterday and because I got some dough over, we could bake even some pizza sticks which can be topped with basically anything. There is always something at home that can be used instead of thrown away. Both lunch and snacks of the same dough. Good, but what I did not counted on, were all crumbs that the children left behind.. :)

Recipes for dough that is enough for a plate with pizza bars (of any shape and filling), and a plate with pizza sticks.

50 g yeast
3 cups water
8 cups flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
Here's how: Crumble yeast into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in a bit of water (which is lukewarm) and then pour the remaining water. Stir in flour, oil and salt.
Work together to a smooth dough. Allow to rise until doubled in size, about 40 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees C.
