Double chocolate cookies

Is not going to be much baking today, as we have a wonderful spring day, which we will try to enjoy. But to the children's delight, I did menaged to bake some chocolate cookies early this morning. Perfect to enjoy later tonight. A perfect flavor of chocolate, and the cookies will stay soft if you keep them in a closed box. Have a nice Saturday everyone and enjoy the sun!

600 grams milk chocolate;
about 6 cups flour
6 eggs,
5 1/2 cups sugar;
3 tablespoons cocoa,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
1/2 teaspoon salt;
150 grams butter,
1 tbsp vanilla extract,
300 grams of chocolate buttons.
Here’s how: Melt the 600g of chocolate and let it cool a bit. Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. In another bowl, whisk the sugar with the butter for 3-4 minutes. Add the eggs and continue whisking. Now, also add the soft chocolate and continue whisking for 3-4 minutes. Pour the flour / cocoa mixture and after that, add the chocolate buttons. If you do not have any chocolate buttuns, it works just as well to use chopped chocolate. Click on the wax paper with a tablespoon. I put 9st on each plate, as they spread out a bit during baking. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees heat, for about 15 minutes.
