Double almond cookies

Really good almond cookies that remind me of macaroons. The recipe is for about 18pcs double cookies and is ideal to have a small stock of it in the freezer.

Cake base:
200 grams almond flour,
300 grams (5dl) powdered sugar
4 egg whites
Butter cream:
75 grams of butter,
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon vanilla;
a few drops of lemon juice.

 Here's how: Whip egg whites until stiff. Mix in the almond flour and powdered sugar. Stir with a ladle. Click the batter (a full teaspoon) on a baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes. Meanwhile, make the butter cream: Stir together the room temperate butter and powdered sugar. Add egg yolk, vanilla sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. If you want, add even cocoa.
Assemble the cakes with butter cream in between.
