5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
200 gram butter
a little grated lemon peel. Here’s how: Chop up all the ingredients for the dough. Knead for a little while by hand. Make small balls of dough into the desired size and flatten them with your fingers or with a stamp as I have done here. Place on a baking tray, on baking paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
