Homemade cookies

I'm myself not so very fond of this kind of cookies, but I got a really fun stamp as a gift for a little while ago, and decided to try some. It was important to find a dough that does not raise so much during baking so that the letters would be unclear .......... and found one that turned out to be ok I think. Serve the cookies with a glass of milk or even hot chocolate ... :)

5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
200 gram butter
a little grated lemon peel.
Here’s how: Chop up all the ingredients for the dough. Knead for a little while by hand. Make small balls of dough into the desired size and flatten them with your fingers or with a stamp as I have done here. Place on a baking tray, on baking paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
