I am notso fond ofpeanut butter myself, but it wasverygood in the combination below.
1 jar of peanut butter (about 340 grams) smooth
1 cup sugar;
2 cup light syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla;
1 cup grated coconut,
1 cup cereal Kellogg's,
about 250 grams light cooking chocolate
Here's how: Melt in a saucepan following: peanut butter, sugar, syrup ... without boiling (important). Remove from the heat and add: vanilla, coconut and cereal. Mix well and spread it in a small baking pan (about 20x30cm) and let it cool. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the peanut butter paste. Set in the fridge to stiffen. Note: Cut into pieces before it stiffen too much otherwise it's hard to get straight, neat edges. Store in the fridge or freezer (thaw very quickly).
