2 cups cornmeal
1 cup sunflower seeds,
1 cup sesame seeds,
1/2 cup flax seeds, (I also used some pumpkin seeds),
2/3 cups rapeseed oil,
2 cups boiling water,
salt flakes (for garnish). Here's how: Mix everything except the water first. Mix well and pour into last in the boiling water. Stir well and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Pour batter on a sheet of baking paper, cover with one more sheet and roll it thin. Put it on the baking tray, carefully remove the top paper and slit the dough to the desired size and shape. I usually divide the dough before it enters the oven. If you do it afterwards, the goes crisp bread break into smaller pieces, which can be ok too. Add salt flakes as garnish and bake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees. Good luck!
