2.5 cup sesame seeds,
2,5 dl brown sugar,
50 grams butter (softened),
1.5 cups of flour,
a little baking soda,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Here’s how: Put the sesame seeds in a dry baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 160 degrees heat. Stir in a little so they get a nice golden color. Mix butter and sugar until frothy. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix flour with baking powder and pour over the sugar mixture. Whisk well and add the sesame seeds at the end.
Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Click out with a teaspoon on baking paper, with a little distance, as they spread out during baking. Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Let cool on a wire rack. Good luck!
