Fudge brownie

Yammy  brownies with creamy chocolate truffles on top. They became a real success at my son's disco evening last Friday and I promised to share the recipe with you all. The easiest I've done in a long time too.

125 grams butter
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
Chocolate truffle:
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
200 grams of milk chocolate
1/2 tsp butter
Here's how: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla sugar and eggs into the pan and stir. Add the flour and stir everything together until smooth. Line a mold of about 18x25 cm with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tin and spread it with a spatula. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Allow it to cool in the tin.
Prepare the truffle by boiling the cream in a saucepan. Turn off the heat, add the chocolate and butter and let it melt, stirring occasionally. Pour the truffle in a bowl and let it rest for a little while (it must not solidify). Spread it over the cake and let everything cool completely.
