Gingerbread Tiramisú

Just when you think you've come up with you own yummy recipe, one becomes quite disappointed when, at first the Internet searching, realize that quite a few others have managed to discover the same recipe before you. Well, well ...... it does not really matter, because it only proves that so many people can not be wrong. A good recipe is a good recipe.

Recipe is for 6 people.
2 eggs
2 tbsp icing sugar
250 g mascarpone
2 tablespoons Baileys liqueur
about 1 cup strong cold coffee
Gingerbread (approx 15pcs)
2 tablespoons cocoa
Here's how Beat the egg yolks with icing sugar porous. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff with electric mixer. Beat marcarpone with liqueur and fold into the batter of egg yolks and suger. Slowly turn down the egg white. Break the gingerbread into pieces, put in glass jars, and drip ca 1-2 tablespoons of coffee in each. Pipe mascarpone cream over gingerbread in the jars. Let stand cold at least one hour (preferably overnight). Aim of cocoa with a strainer before serving.
