Gluten-free pizza cupcakes

Got dinner guests on short notice yesterday and I needed to find something gluten free to cook. I'm not used to cook gluten-free, but there seems to be a lot of recipes and ingredients to it. Most of my guests would have eat regular pizza and that's why it felt only fair to do something similar in gluten free as well. The choice fel on pizza cupcakes, which I personally thought resembled more eggs stuttering in texture, but the flavor was definitely pizza. Fun to try.

Recipes is for  16 cupcakes.
8 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup Keso
1 cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
oregano
salt and pepper
Filling:
pepperoni salami into small cubes
red pepper into small dice
Kabanos sausage into small cubes
cherry tomatoes

Here's how: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Mix the eggs, cream, Keso, grated cheese, baking powder, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add all the filling, stir together and spread the batter in the 16 muffin cups. Top with a cherry tomato and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
