Marabou licorice ice cream

I am trying out new flavors of ice cream for the moment, and my whole family could not be happyer ..... When I went shopping the other day, I spotted a Marabou chocolate with licorice pieces in it, and I just had to try it in ice cream. I, my self am not a fan of licorice, but the taste of this ice cream is very mild and even I could taste a little bit .....

5 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
3.5 cups powdered sugar
5 ml whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla essence
200 grams of chopped licorice chocolate
Here's how: Beat the egg yolks, whole egg and powdered sugar for about 10 minutes. Add vanilla essence and beat a couple more minutes. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until fluffy. Pour over the egg mixture and gently mix everything with a spatula. Add the chopped chocolate. Mix gently again and put the filling in the molds in the freezer for the next day. Good Luck!
