Mars fudge

Making fudge is very simple. The flavor may vary depending on the type of chocolate you use. Today I,ve tested March chocolate and it seems like a winning concept. Place some in a nice box and give it away to someone you like. Have a great day everyone!

3 cups cream
3 cups sugar
1 cup light syrup
50 grams of butter
100 grams Mars chocolate
Here's how: Line a mold of about 15x15cm with baking paper. Measured the cream, sugar and syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and cook to 120 degrees C. Remove from the heat and pour in the chopped chocolate and butter. Stir until batter is smooth and fine. Pour into the pan and let rest to cool for a few hours before cutting into smaller pieces.
