The other day, I found a recipe for a meringue cake filled with marshmallow cream and I immediately wanted to try it. Boy if I failed the base of the cake ...... went straight into garbage can, I can say........but since I had already done the cream to it, I had to find something else to bale instead. So this morning I pulled out the pans again and here is the result. A meringue cake with peanuts, filled with a cream made with melted marshmallows and topped with milk chocolate. Just enjoy .....

Cake base:
100 grams of peanuts,
1 cup powdered sugar (60 g),
3 egg whites,
0.6 cups of sugar (50 g)
Here's how: Preheat oven to 170 degrees  C. Run the nuts and powdered sugar in a blender. Beat the egg whites and sugar until meringue, stir in peanuts mixture and blend well. Pour into a baking pan with removable rim which you covered with parchment paper first. Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes. Let it cool when it is finished.

Marshmallow cream:
200 grams of mini marshmallows
50 grams of butter
1 cup of cappuccino (or coffee)
5 ml whipping cream
1 cup sugar
Milk chocolate for garnish
Here's how: Have the marshmallows, butter and coffee in a saucepan and heat cautious until everything is melted. Let it cool down completely afterward. Whip the cream with the sugar and add the marshmallow cream.
