Pigs in a blanket

Hotdogs are always popular with children and those little baked sausages are certainly no exception. We had a party for my 5 year old daughter today and did not want to serve only sweets ....... Just remember to ask guests to remove pepper used as eyes... I myself forgot it namely today ....

The recipe is for 18pcs cute little pigs.
700 grams of  flour (about 10 dl)
50 g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
50 grams of butter
3 cups milk
2 eggs
18 pieces sausages
eggs to brushing

Here's how: Start by melting the butter. Add the milk and let it warm up to 37 degrees C. In a separate bowl, mix the flour , yeast, salt and sugar. Add milk mixture and eggs. Knead by hand or in food processor . Feel your way if you need more flour or not. Let the dough rise under a cloth for half an hour. Roll out small quilts and embed small sausages in them. Cut out small triangles of dough and paste on the ears, a round ball that you push with two toothpicks (which are left there over baking ) to form snout, 2 pepper grains
as eyes and a small twist ...... It's easier than you think . Place these on a baking sheet and let rise under a cloth again for half an hour. Brush with egg and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
