Pizza croissants with ham and cheese

Just got back from a wonderful ski holiday week together with family and friends. Sarah (5) is now doing very well on the skis and Marcus (10) has mastered snowboarding technique. Very proud mum here....and wish I was as brave and talented as them. Before we went on the trip we've baked some pizza croissants we brought with us and warmed on the grill down the slopes for lunch. Very good and appreciated by everyone..... and much better than the classic sausage and bread ......

Recipe for croissants 16st:
3.5 cups milk
50 grams of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
100 grams of butter
10 cups flour

Filling according to taste: I used tomato sauce, grated cheese and ham. Brushed with egg and topped with grated cheese, salt flakes and poppy seeds.
Here is how: Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat and add the milk. Heat to lukewarm (37grader C) and pour over the yeast. Stir to dissolve and add the flour and salt. Knead together into a nice, smooth dough. Use a food processor for about 7 minutes. Let rest for at least 40 minutes under a cloth. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out to two large, round pizza. Cut each pizza with a knife into 8 equal pieces. Add the filling on each piece (tomato sauce, cheese, seeds). Roll into croissants and let rest again for half an hour. Brush with little whipped eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese, salt flakes or poppy seeds and bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 225 degrees C.
