Saffron Fudge

We continue with our Christmas baking in the house ...... Actualy, I have just started, because the candys I've made so far, is apparently already gone in some weird way. So .... today I have started all over again. Saffron fudge is now done and well hidden I can tell you. We'll see how long it gets to be left alone....... should perhaps write something like "braised liver" or something like that on the box to get everyone to stay away ... Godnight everyone!

2.5 cups whipping cream
250 grams of sugar (a little more than 2.5 dl)
1.75 dl light syrup
0.5 cups of liquid glucose
0.5 grams of saffron
60 grams of butter
125 grams white chocolate
Here's how: Line a mold of about 20x25 cm with parchment paper. Bring cream, sugar, syrup, glucose and saffron to 125 degrees C. Remove from the plate and stir in the butter and chopped white chocolate. Pour into mold and let it set overnight in the refrigerator. Cut into pieces of desired size.
