Strawberry hearts with vanilla

I must say that it is difficult to find the perfect recipe for vanilla cream. I've tried different variations over a longer period and although they are all good in their own way, I still have not managed to find the one that I can be regarded as perfect. However..... there are still many varieties left to try and stubborn as I am, I will not give up yet. Today's pastries are a form pastry made from a shell that was awarded in 1984. The recipe is from Ica's "Seven kinds of cookies," and named Margit's good hearts. They are filled with a custard made with cream ... and topped with fresh strawberries.

Recipes is for 9 pcs big hearts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups flour
1 cup corn flour
200 grams of butter
2 tablespoons syrup
Here's how: Mix together the dry ingredients. Chop the butter and add the syrup. Work the dough quickly. Press the dough quite thin in heart-shaped, well-oiled molds of metal or silicone. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes at 175 degrees C. Allow the molds to cool a little and then tap it out gently. Fill them with vanilla cream and top with
1 1/2 cup cream
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon potato flour
2 tsp vanilla
vanilla seeds
Here's how: Mix all the ingredients except the vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring until the cream is thick. Cool it and season with vanilla sugar and vanilla seeds.
