Filling:11/2liters ofstrawberries Glaze:11/2cupsstrongstrawberryjuice, 1 tablespooncornstarch Here's how:Choptogetherthe margarine, salt, sugar andflourtoa crumblymass inabowland addkesella. Blen untill you have a nice dough. Roll it outwitha little flour ona flouredboardand pressit out intoabaking form of about20-24cm in diameter. Prickwith aforkin a few places. Bake thedough in thecenter of the ovenfor about 25 minutesat200degrees C.Let cool. Prepare thelemoncreamand spreaditintothe pie shell. Clearthe strawberriesand topthe piewiththem. Boilstrawberryjuice, whiskmaizenanandsimmer forhalf a minute.Pull thepan from the heatandlet cool.Spoon theglaze overthe strawberriesandallow to solidify. Setin a cool placeuntil serving.
