Strawberrys cream Lindor cookies

Hip hip hurray for me today. 43 years on paper ..... but I'm pretty sure that someone has turned on the numbers of mistakes ... because 34 is more what I feel like. It was a quiet day today ... The calm  before the storm as they say, as all the guests will come tomorrow. Baked some cookies today of my favorite chocolate from Lindl Lindor, who has a limited edition of a new variety of strawberry flavor. Even I who do not like so much dry little cookies, I found them very good. Do not know whether they will survive until tomorrow. Have a nice evening everyone, and many hugs from me!

Recipe for 24 pieces.
1 bag of Lindt Lindor strawberry cream chocolates (12pcs)
100g unsalted butter
1 cup cane sugar
1.5 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon syrup
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
1 lime (both peel and juice)

Here's how: Stir together butter, two kinds of sugar and lime juice and zest. Mix in the eggs and syrup. Stir until well mixed. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt and stir into the butter mixture. Work to a smooth dough which is a bit sticky.
Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Flatten it, add half a chocolate in each piece of dough and roll it into a ball again. Roll the balls in sugar and place them on two plates with baking paper. Bake for about 6-8 minutes at 200 degrees C. The cookies are done when they are cracked up a little bit.
