Summer crumble pie with strawberries

What would summer be without strawberry pie ..... I have finally begun picking some home-grown strawberries and have several recipes I will like to try. First one is a classic crumble pie where I first used a little almond flour in the crumble as well. Good and summery, served with vanilla swish. Enjoy the summer!

Filling:
1 liter of strawberries
1 tablespoon potato flour
3 tablespoons sugar
Here's how: Share the strawberries into small pieces and place them in a pie dish. I had a square one of 20x20cm. Sprinkle with sugar, potato flour and stir well.
Crumble pie dough:
125 grams of butter
2 cups flour
1.5 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
0.5 tsp baking soda
Here's how: Pinch together the butter, flour, almond flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Sprinkle the crumble over the strawberries and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees C.
