Taco stuffed pumpkins

Not so sweet, but still good. I felt that it is very easy to get diabetes when scrolling on my blog, so I'll try to break every now and then with something else .... I do however keep the Halloween theme for a little while longer and offer today the recipe of taco stuffed pumpkins. Take care and sweet dreams!

The recipe below is for 8pcs pumpkins.
1 package of puff pastry sheets (includes 4 plates)
200 grams of ground beef
1 cup water
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
a little soy sauce for painting on the face
Here's how: Chop onions and fry in a little butter. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the taco spice, water and cook for a few minutes. Take it aside and mix in the sour cream. Share pastry plates in two and roll out . Add a small quantity of meat on each sheet of dough and shape into small bags. Tie by pinching with your fingers, brush with egg and bake in the oven at 225 degrees C for about 20 minutes (until they get a nice golden color)
. Paint faces on them with the soy sauce if you want.
