Teddy carrot cake

Last weekend, I've tried to bake a new recipe for carrot cake. To make it more fun for the kids, I made it as small teddy bears. It was almost nothing left for me today to photograph, but 3 of them survived so you get to see as well. Cheers!

40 grams almond flour
80 grams of flour
80 grams of butter (softened)
100 grams of brown sugar
80 grams grated carrots (squeeze out the juice first)
4 tablespoons of juice from an orange
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Here's how: Beat the soft butter with the brown sugar for a few minutes. Add eggs, grated carrots, almond flour and orange juice. Sift flour with baking powder 3 times and then mix it into the batter and mix well. Pour batter into silicone molds (or muffin cups) and bake for about 20 minutes at 170 degrees C. The recipe is for about 8 pcs cakes.
