40 gramsalmondflour 80 grams offlour 80grams of butter(softened) 100 grams ofbrownsugar 80gramsgratedcarrots(squeeze out the juicefirst) 4 tablespoons ofjuicefromanorange 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder Here's how: Beat the softbutter with thebrownsugar for a few minutes.Add eggs, grated carrots, almondflourandorangejuice. Sift flourwithbaking powder3times and thenmixit into thebatterandmix well.Pour batter intosilicone molds(or muffin cups) and bakeforabout 20 minutesat170 degreesC. The recipe is for about8 pcscakes.
