Tiramisu filled Easter eggs

Obviously, I had to try tiramisu filling to my Kinder eggs as well. I love coffee flavor in desserts, which is very strange because I do not drink any coffee. The smell of coffee, and flavored with it, is something else entirely. Here are recipes for yet another filled Kinder egg that can be done very quickly. With a little imagination in the table setting and layup, it can become a cool dessert on Easter dinner. Have a nice day!

4 Kinder eggs
2 eggs
2 tablespoones sugar
125 grams mascarpone cheese
2 Savoiardi biscuits
1 cup of expresso coffee (room temperature)
Here's how: Gently make holes in each chocolate eggs, just big enough so you can take out the toy on the inside. Put them to the side.
Bring out the real eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it is light and thickens a little. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff foam. Add marcarpone cheese into the egg white and mix well with a spatula. Mix the egg yolk mixture with the egg white mixture and set aside.
Cut each biscuit into 4 equal parts. Dip them in coffee (very quickly on each side). Place a piece of biscuits in each egg, top with cream and layer with biscuits and cream again until chocolate eggs filled. Refrigarate for a couple of hours. Grate a little chocolate on top and serve.
