3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
300 grams of fine white chocolate
230 grams of butter
2.5 cups of sugar
1.2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
100 grams of grated coconut Here’s how: Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over a water bath. When chocolate has melted, turn off the heat and add both types of sugar. Stir well and leave to rest for a few minutes. Add one egg at a time and mix in gently. Do not whisk too long. I do not use electric mixer here. After all the eggs are added, continue with the flour, coconut and vanilla. Stir to a smooth batter and pour into a baking pan about 30x40cm, dressed in parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees C.
